We sell to leads directly over the phone, so we applied the principles of Michael’s “19 Steps” to our outbound Facebook phone sales script. Full disclosure: we are still implementing this script with 4iiz and it is currently UNTESTED!
We worked with Darin at Advantage Attorney to implement an AI-based web chat bot to qualify intakes and attempt to sales using the 19 steps principles. This is the script we provided to Darin to base the chat off of.

Unfortunately we don’t have true omni-channel communication in place for our staff yet. As a stop-gap measure, we created these “canned” SMS messages our case managers can send out to clients to address common problems (e.g. bad addresses/returned mail, needed signatures/forms, full voicemail, et cetera).
This was a sequence of emails we used to promote an Estate Planning Lunch & Learn event to an email list we got from 3D Mail.
